MY 4C HAIR; MEU CABELO CRESPO
ENG.
I have wanted to transition into natural hair for about 4 years before i actually did it. It took so long because most of the natural girls on the internet have curly hair and hardly was there anyone with my kind of 4C hair.
At the beginning of my transition process i hoped that my hair would miraculously be full of curls with a lot of weight and length. Cause i always knew my hair would be the Black Power 4C type and i have always admired curly hair, all i wanted was curls, any kind of curls. Good news is, am loving my 4C hair now, it can be used for any kind of style, it stands, holds and is the best FOR ME. And if you have the 4C hair, dont feel old school or dissapointed, our hair can actually be curled naturally YEAAAAHHH! (BUT YOU GATTA HELP IT) What i love the most is the twist out styles.

AFRICAN TURBAN (SCARF) . TURBANTE AFRICANA .
ENGLISH
Just like the last two blogs on African beauty. African turban and head ties are taking over the fashion world and day to day outfits (both at work places and recreational activities). Dance styles and musical rhythms from the most popular international celebrities come from Afro beats, which was founded by the Nigerian Fela Anikulapo Kuti in the early 1970's. But of course this ain't a surprise, cultural values and historical backgrounds seems to be the topic of these days. Revolutions and identity are of higher values and freedom to express yourself comes inline with fashion and style.
Well known celebrities have been flaunting the African beauty and culture; the good thing is we are proud of it.

READY TO LOVE
WHEN AM I READY?
Feelings are not predictable, most of the time its unexpected and even if it was you cant stop it. You can try but will only pretend not to feel it. Its common to meet someone, hangout and develop feelings for them. But to really be in a relationship shouldn't be about just having fun together. You are ready to be in a relationship with someone...
. When he/she like you and want to be with you
. When he/she makes you happy
. When you are old enough to have a relationship
. When you Think of them always; eating, watching the television etc
. Imagine being with them frequently
. When he/she Contribute positively and have interests in what you do and you are ready to do the same
. When you really like them and help them in times of need
And the list goes on, but its fundamental that you are ready. Do not go into a relationship just for the fun of it or because every other person has a boyfriend/girlfriend.

BLACK WOMAN´S BEAUTY.. THE EVOLUTION
But the most important event is that we black women have gone above the approval and defination of beauty. Because the truth is there is no one defination of black beauty, its too much to be put in one defination. Straight hair, thin waist etc doesnt work because we are all beautiful and sofisticated, but we are not the same shapes and sizes. Nor do we have the same features.
Moreover the most important beauty we have achieved in the last years, is the beauty of ACCEPTANCE because we are making the world accept us. Maybe not 100% but it getting better. Our main beauty is how we represent ourselves (our true features), our confidence. Its hard to tell but we all have this in us, all we need do is exercise it (our self love) and we will glow.
BE PROUD OF WHO YOU ARE BECAUSE BLACK WOMEN ARE BEAUTIFUL.
